witnesess for the wife. credible witnesess sign my journal right? wife signs the documents.
On the ack. I should specify the credible witness used right?

Anon,

Not sure but your question may require a state-specific response. This is my take as you are asking a question relative to procedures. Respect your wish to remain anonymous, but you might indicate "Anon-CA" or whatever is applicable, which I think might well facilitate the appropriate response.

Not sure of your question either.
Husband and wife sign the journal inaddition the credible witnesses sign the journal, you will enter ID information for everyone but the wife. Plus credible witness sign in the section where you would of put the wife's ID information, each entry that you would have for her the witness must sign in the ID section. Credible witnesses are the wife's ID. Hope this helps.
