Does this one gets notarized? On my package doesnt come with a ack. or instructions to attach one.

Deeds usually get notarized, haven't seen one yet that doesn't. Make a call to the SS or whoever hired you. The entity that drew up the deed is the one that is supposed to state what they want as far as notarization.

Yes, absolutely must be notarized, as it is recorded. One spouse is transferring their community property interest (in CA) on real property to the other. Pretty usual when one spouse has credit issues and the other qualifies for the loan by themselves.
