Interstate Escrow/Home Notaries

I have searched the threads of this site and found a few good reviews about this company. I am having problems with them and may have to consider collections in order to obtain payment. This office is out of Santa Ana, CA. They have every excuse known to man, even that they have no record of my having done this signing. Many phone calls and refaxing of work order and invoice. Am really frustrated! This is my first experience with non payment. Any suggestions?

I've done a few signings with Interstate Escrow. They met my fee and paid in a timely manner - under 30 days.
