I did a search on them but I did not find anything current or informative. I received a call last night to do a closing for them today. Is this a good company? Thanks.

They are very slow to pay. Plan on 45 days minimum. Also plan on having to call for your money, being told the check is in the mail, etc. These are Ameriquest loans and MortgageSigners.com states that they get paid once per month therefore their payment to you is 45 days.
