National Link
For those who have experience with National Link.....
Is it the norm for them to send a few affidavits and the HUD by fax/email and the other docs come overnight? The first few I have done for were all done tht way and I am wondering how others handle this if it is the norm?
Thanks, Toni

Yes Toni, this is normal for NL and SL will sometimes do the same thing. So be sure to check your email once the docs arrive.

Lawrence,
So you build the price of 20 pages or so into your normal fee and don't charge them an edoc, correct?
Thank you! Toni
Lawrence - if you are familiar with NL and SL, would you mind looking at the other q. I just posted regarding signing certain docs? Thanks so much

Quite often when docs are overnighted you will also get an e-mail or fax from the title company with the HUD and affs. (LSI has about 20-23 pages of Affs etc). I do not invoice extra for these, they are just part of the loan docs.

Sylvia,
So you just print out the 20 pages and it's included with your basic fee?
Thank you

Yes. Sometimes there will only be a HUD, sometimes there will be more. Just part of the fee.
