PRICE FOR 2 DOCS

I HAVE A SIGNING TONIGHT WITH TWO SETS OF DOCS (ONE BEING A HELOC) AND I'M JUST WONDERING WHAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED A FAIR PRICE. I WOULD BE CHARGING $75.00 FOR THE FIRST ONE. I KNOW IT'S UP TO ME BUT I WOULD LIKE TO GET A FEEL FOR WHAT IS THE GOING PRICE FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS. I DON'T WANT TO SEEM GREEDY BUT AT THE SAME TIME I DON'T WANT TO BE UNDER CUT MYSELF. I WOULD APPRECIATE THE INPUT FROM SOME OF YOU. THANKS

I did a signing on Saturday (a double), and I charged the Title Co $225. It was a purchase and a second. Of course if you are working for a SS you wont get anything near that. If you are charging $75 for the first then half as much for the second is the norm with them. So $110- $115 is about it.

Thanks. That's what I was thinking seemed fair. I wasn't sure if a HELOC was usually less because it was smaller.

I agree with Sammy, half of what the org. fee was for your 2nd.
