Jenn: Use the same post that you originally started to ask another question on the same topic - no need to start a new thread (as you did here) or we assume it's a whole new topic. Using all caps in your question is thought of as 'yelling' over the 'net. Without sounding critical, it's just "an FYI" if you're not used to message boards.

I can't think of one reason to make more copies that you usually do.

Thank you for that tip - you are right I am not used to message boards. I wanted to know if I needed to make a copy for the Hubby and a copy for the wife.
