Refinance and HELOC
I agreed to a Job for a refinance the paperwork arrived and there is also paperwork for a Home Equitly Line Of Credit for future reference what would be the correct way to find out in advance about more paperwork in advance and should I charge another fee if a HELOC is part of the deal?

call the company and tell them that your agreed upon fee was for a single. They will up your fee if it's a piggyback. In the future ask, sometimes they don't know, but will adjust when they find out.

I had two this month that where piggybacks and the SS didn't know they were, there was no problem in a fee adjustment. Like Charm_AL said just give them a call.
