Renewing commissions

Just a heads up if you are renewing your commisison, at least in Sacramento. It took me almost 4 months to receive my new commission so don't wait til the last minute to renew or you'll end up with a lasped commission. Also, when you receive your new commission you of course will have to be bonded. This isn't renewed, you are issued a new bond which is recorded with your new commission.

My commission expires 2008 so I won't have to take the mandatory 6 hours until then. But I do plan on doing it as early as I can.
