I have done 2 or 3 for them and I believe they are out of Deland area.

Of the 2 or 3 that I have done, I also had about the same amount cancel on the last minute.

Once you accept the signing, it is their policy that the notary contact the title company. They paid fair and paid within a reasonable time.

I would accept another signing from them.
