TSA and Notarized Identification Copies

I found out my name is on the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) watch list. I am not on it, but my name is!!

I have to send in "notarized" copies of three forms of identification. I tried this before, but a notary public in maryland told me he could not. He can only do forms. So, thinking myself in a Catch-22, I called my congressman's office. A lady told me I can get a "certified true copy" from notaries in Maryland. Does anyone know where I can get this done? It would be great if someone has been through this with another client from Maryland, and if the "certified true copy" was adequate for the TSA.

Should I get it done in DC? Or, wouild I run into the same problem?

Prompt replies would be greatly appreciated. Hope to get this resolved on Tuesday, 5 July 2005.
