Thanks to everyone/Contengency Agreement

To all who responded to yesterday's question concerning Contengency Agreements. I had to mail docs before receiving your responses, but you all confirmed that I had done the correct thing with these docs. No notarial wording was listed within the entire body of the doc.
You all are so helpful and so many of us are very grateful for all you contribute for the betterment of our profession.
