Well, I'm in INDIANA too, but what does that have to do with United Group? Please ANSWER the ORIGINAL QUESTION because I posted the same question on NR before and NOBODY ever answered it! All I know is that they only offered $50. Other than that, I'm CLUELESS about them.

$50 is low i don't do full closings for that amount, but you have to make up you own mind.
