What happened to Notary4hire.com?

The websites:

------ www. notaryindex.com

Aren't working since yesterday. I don't know if it's my ISP, or if it is every where. Could you please see if you can get to the website and report back? I keep getting that "rejected" page saying that it may be expierencing technical difficulties, etc.
