piggyback

If a client is refinaning and they are also getting a line of credit is the loc considered a piggyback or is it a second loan? The ss is trying to pay me a piggyback fee for the loc. Help is this correct?

That's a piggyback and you should get extra for it

everyone has their own fee schedule...personally, the lowest I would go in my area is 75. and 50. plus e-doc fee if there are edocs. You have to determine what you think is fair and negotiate with the company.
