Asked by ss to do a closing today and the docs are dated for tomorrow - I am correct in the fact that all notarized docs are to be dated for today. How should the other dates be handled????

In many states docs can not be signed or notarized prior to the date they bear
Also Note Date MUST conform to MTG/DOT date
Would not fool with dates without clear, written directions
This could be a disaster looking for a place to happen
