24/7 in San Clemente
Saw one post on here that said that this company owed them money. Otherwise does anyone know anything about them? They called me today and wanted me to drive down to Costa Mesa which is like, 15-20 miles from where I am, pick up docs and then drive to Chino (I am inbetween Chino and Costa Mesa so another 15-20 miles from where I am) to have them signed TODAY. Thats just insane. I turned it down but would like to know how they pay if they ever do call me again.

I refuse to take their business. Just too many hassles. The things that I had to go through just to get paid. NEVER AGAIN.

I agree with Lily. Too many excuses, stories, fabrications of the truth and lots of game playing. Won't work for them anymore. Additionally, they're a $45 only company.

They still owe me $25 for a one doc signing I did for them from 1.5 years ago. Within the last 2 mos they called me and asked if I could take an assignment, I laughed, then said yeah maybe if you pay me the money you owe me. The caller says oh I'll transfer you to accounting, I said don't waste your energy and hung up.

Way too much drama, and the majority of the staff is rude and unprofessional. If you like working for peanuts, then work for them. I will NEVER work with them again. They like to lowball you and then the staff gives conflicting information regarding payment policies and procedures. For the most part, I take a chance and give companies the "benefit of the doubt". This is one company though that the negative feedback you hear about them is pretty accurate. My $0.02

I did take a chance on this company and I told them to take me off their data base. I had to call to get paid and something tells me I wouldn't have gotten paid if I didn't. Also I explained to her my late fee and she laughed at me and made a snotty remark. I explained their reputation out there and I will never work for them again. She had no problem with it!

Re: 24/7 in San Clemente SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW Pay!
They are a joke! extremely slooooooooooow pay and lots of lies about closing checks. Like once they owed lots of signing agents and they had so many excuses but the best one was the post office lost ALL our checks, not one or two checks but a hundred or two. I believe they write the checks then they put the checks on the back of somebody's desk and they sit there for weeks. I think they are sloooooow pay cause they are getting interest off the money in their bank account. One time I asked one of their title companies how often they paid 24/7 and the LO told me that 24/7 gets paid when the loan disbursed which is usuallly in 3 to 5 days. I told him the signing agent doesn't get paid for 6 to 8 weeks. The LO gasped he couldn't believe it! RUN they are not worth the hassel.

Wow thank you guys so much! The only reason I didnt take the job was because I was swamped with tons of other work but besides that the amount of work they wanted me to do for one signing (which was a rush no less) was just plain ridiculous. She kinda laughed a sarcastic like laugh when I told her I couldnt (almost a "well thats surprising" type of laugh) Like she was frustrated and she expected me to say no. Probably because of their reputation now that I know what their like. $45?!? If they had offered me that I wouldn't have been able to contain myself I probably couldnt have stopped laughing. Yea Ill do it for 45 bucks, if you have the docs already printed and bring them to me, the borrowers come to me and you put the pen in my damn hand and hold up my elbow while I sign. Oh yea and bring me something for LUNCH!

Called last night for last minute signing. My husband accepted. When I got home, I told him they are slow pay. It took three months to get paid on both jobs I did for them last year. Shorted me $25 on the first check and it took seven months to get cleared up. He called and cancelled. The lender called, the title company called, the borrower called and 24/7 called about 4 more times. I told the lender and title company that if they hired me directly that I would do the job but I would not do it for 24/7. They agreed.
