ALG Solutions, Inc. Orlando, FL - What's up with them?

Is anyone else having collection problems? Alexandra used to pay net 15 and now I have an outstanding balance from a signing 5/11. I've called, fax and left messages for three weeks and have yet to receive a return call or check. The Title Co she was booking for now calls Notaries direct and no longer use SSs. Anyone know anything?
