A&M Closing Services

Has anybody ever closed for them? They require you to pay them $20.00 prior to using you, I filled out their app. and never paid the $20 but did a closing for them on 5/12/05? Of course payment for services not recieved to date........

I did a closing for them 4/23/05.....Still waiting payment. Spoke w/ Dee Anna Tena, Accounting Dept. @ 949-588-3700 x 14. She promised to get on my payment by the end of this week. Good Luck, Marla

Did one for $105. They paid 35-45 days. Sometimes TC and SS's just do that. However, it's the ones who ignore my faxes, phone calls and request to give me a date to expect the check that annoy me. After 60 and no call or note to advice when check's coming, I write the Title company.
