A non-signing with an Ameristar

Have any of you gone out on an Ameristar and the signing fell through due to incorrect paperwork? Do they still pay? I see discussions on here about looking at the contract from the ss. I've yet to see one. Do we have to ask for it or do some companys not use them? Thanks.

Thanks for the response. That's really good news! It seems like that would be the right thing to do but after reading some of the things on this forum I realize that not all companys do things the same way.
