thanks, Maggie, but that's not it. I actually have part of the address given to me by someone in the office but he had an accent and once I started actually addressing the FED EX label, I'm wondering now whether the street address name is Brand or Grant. I'm sure FED EX will check it, but thought maybe someone here might know. thanks.
