Affidavit by Loan Closer

Does everyone sign this document which states that five copies of the RTC were provided to the borrowers even if there was only 1 provided? I had a signing the other evening where the affadavit was included and there was only 1 original provided for them to sign. I pulled the copy from their packet and had them also sign that and stated that if they were to rescind they should make copies. I did not sign the affidavit since there were not copies provided for each borrower and I wrote a note and stuck it on the original RTC stating as such. Just got a call from the LO saying I had to sign this doc in order for the loan to fund. I said I wouldn't sign it and he got PO'd and said what's the big deal? So he said he wanted me to speak with his supervisor and I waited for a good 2-3 mins. and hung up. Is it true that the loan will not fund and what does one do in a situation such as this. Thanks.

If it wasn't a big deal, have the LO sign saying he sent 5 RTC's to the borrower.
