All Purpose Acknowledgement

Do you know of a good site to download a California All Purpose Acknowledgement for free? Also, I got a call today to do a notarization for a Bill of Sale for some property. That lady sounded real disorganized and said she needed me to notarize a bill of sale and that she was have to handwrite out everthing because her typewriter was not working. This is only about my 4th request and the first three had all their ducks in order and what needed to be notarized with the proper forms (ack & jurats). I asked her if she had what form ack or jurat, but she did not know. Would I use an acknowledgement then? And is it ok to notarize a handwritten document for a "bill of sale"?

I am new, so sorry if this sounds dumb, I don't want to do something I shouldn't!

Acknowledgement

Have you tried the SOS's website? www.ss.ca.gov.

Re: Acknowledgement

Thanks for the Riverside site! That is just what I needed!

I did check the ss.ca.gov site but could only find the jurat form to download.!

Again, thanks!
