I was an L.O. for 6 yrs Last 2 yrs of that I did signings part time, then I went full time with my business.

I went from processor to loan officer/signing agent to full time signing agent. The more experience in the mortgage or real estate business, I think the more marketable you are. Besides then you really know docs from the front end of the business to the back end---literally.
