Application Signing
Anyone heard of an application signing?? I was contacted by a company (& I accepted.. set up for tomorrow) to take blank loan application to client to complete and sign. Thats it. NO notarizations and then Fedex back. I have been doing this for more than a year now and this is a 1st for me. There is no need to record in my journal correct?? Thanks!

you are correct you are to take the app. and have new borrower fill it out and you fedex it back to loan company or bank. There are some on this board that do app's all the time it is for real good easy money

Just remember, that with the borrower filling out the application and gathering W-2's, bank statements, paystubs, etc., this can take as long as a signing, so charge accordingly. I charge my regular fee.

I have done two of them so far, I had to collect some info from them, i.e. homeowners insurance dec. page, the usual copy of DL(picture), etc. and there were one or two pages that needed notorizing. pretty easy but sometimes to get the pre-borrower to get all the stuff that the SS wants is a pain, since they wait until you get their to find it all. Good luck, Linda.

Some of these things are regional. Do you see any reason why Texans would not be candidates for this by what you have seen?

I am trying to find some contacts so I can start this line of work with applications. I haven't had much luck, but I am still looking.
