Archer Land Title

I have several signings on the books for them but the lender's computer system is having problems and lots of reschedules. I know it isn't Archer's fault but has anyone else had this situation with them? Lots of reschedules because of computer issues?

Docs will always come approx 3 hours late, borrowers will always have problems as the LO's are not always forth-comming, pay is just not worth it most of the time. Have do many many for them, trying to get away from it, just to aggravating especially at the EOM.
