DON'T GO!

They didn't pay us after 4 months.
To get around paying us they said they had to return the next day to do additional DOCs and that the borrower was mad at us!!
Not True!! The borrower was upset at the closing due to eDOCS that were 4 hours late and additional faxed DOCs that were unreadable. We called the company then to let them know that the HUD, ect. wasn't there and were told to go to the closing anyway. (Why does the notary always have to take the blame?)
We called twice to ask for our payment and were told that the check was in the mail. (Although now they even deny this!). Now they say that without the HUD, ect. we shouldn't have gone to the closing, (They also are now saying that their company didn't say to go without them either!! ). They are also saying that their company, located 2 1/2 hrs. away, had to go the next day to re close.
Funny how it was Their company who had to re close, (our company wasn't called and IF they needed redone by a different notary why wouldn't they have called a different one IN the area???) Travel at your own risk ... but I wouldn't go ever again for this company.
Also before they hung up on me they said go ahead and turn us in for collection, we have NO intentions of ever paying you! BEWARE!
