Signed up in January and again last week when I heard they may be getting the Citibank account. Never got a call from them. FYI, the other title co. that i was doing Citibank closings for is very slow with those closings also. Maybe it's Citibank, and not the title cos.

Stephanie, you must have received the same email I did. Check their agreement - they are a $50 company. I wrote a nice email back and said I'd be happy to provide service to them when they are willing to meet industry standard in their fees.

They meet my fees (I don't even walk out of my house and check the mail for less than $75) and they pay very fast, within 10 days for every one I've done.

I just received an e-mail to sign up with their company also. I'm gonna give it a try but only if they meet my fees too!

They will occasionally meet my fees and they do pay quickly.
