Brendatx..Inspections question..

I have 2 inspections set-up for this weekend, one is an insurance loss to determine if the repairs were done and another is for a driveby. I have checked out mortgageramp and I haven't completed the training as of yet, but after reading over my emails from Margaret, I feel confident or is this overconfidence???

Are these as easy as the scheduler stated? I expressed to her that I am very familiar with facility sanitation inspections and the write-up required but not with these. (I was a sanitation inspector with the Navy..that is where alot of varied experiences occurred by the way.)

Can you give me your opinion. TIA.

Sorry for the delay...long day...came in and fell asleep in my big desk chair...

I think Margaret's got me beat on experience with this one. I'd be confident also...go do 'er and let us know what happens!
