Capital One Closing Services

Has anyone worked for this company and been paid?

I have an invoice going on 90 days. At first she was telling me that all notaries are paid immediately. Well, I would say this is my idea of immediately. Then, supposedly they didn't get paid from the title company and I'd see my check soon. And now, she doesn't even respond.

Beware if you accept a closing from them.

Oh, I will. What STATE are they in? I understand you're ALWAYS supposed to put the state.

You're the one who is suppose to put your state in the author spot next to your handle so that when people respond to your posting you will be receiving state specific information. Many, many times people who post company names do not post the State info where the company is located.
