I like working with Coast to Coast. Two VERY nice guys I deal with there. Very fair with pricing, usually, or at least the jobs I have gotten from them, compromissed credit for borrowers and docs are lengthy but they always pay well and on time. Just make sure you bill them even with an E-mail. Will always take their work. Linda.
