Complete Title Solutions.......out of FL.

I did a search nothing came up. I had a closing for them tonight but they asked me to back date. I said no way. Red flags went up in my head. They seemed a lilttle disorganized too. I will appreciate any feedback, thanking you in advance.

They are a little disorganized and usually send docs last minute. I just did one for them directly but I usually do all of theirs through a signing agency. Sorry I don't have more info.

They have never had me backdate. The one I did today, appointment was for 4pm and I got the docs at 2:30pm - plenty of time as borrowers only 15 minutes away.

They have always paid me on time too - receive their checks one week after the signing, and they always meet my fee.
