Countrywide Full Spectrum

A couple of weeks ago, I was called for a countrywide full spectrum loans. I was kind of undecided about doing the signing based on past complaints of payment by other notaries. Well I completed the signings on 5/25 and was compensated on 6/1/05.

Here is a couple of things that I learned with this endeavor:

The offices and the account executives do turn over the invoices directly to the title company. If the LO for the countrywide you are doing business with doesn't, then that becomes a problem for disbursment once the loan funds.

The Full Spectrum people are way more organized than the Countrywide people.

My last bit of fluff: I will give a lender a chance especially if they are based in California. (Small claims purposes)

My logic is kind of off, I just had a big lunch.
