Diversified Settlement Services / Village Home Mtg

I found no info on them here at NotRot and two negative posts on GoMobile. Anyone have anything positive to say about them? I may me re-thinking my decision to accept an assignment from them.

Check the bottom of your confirmation sheet. They don't pay ANYTHING if loan doesn't fund, not even a trip fee. Can't recommend them.

Thanks Roger.

I had read that on GoMobile, but my CO says nothing about non-funded loans. The CO that was sent does not have my fee on it, my fee is listed in the body of the email (CO sent as an attachment) and has no verbage re: no-signs, no-shows and cancels.

I'll call tomorrow with questions and an early drop dead edoc time.
