E Title -numerous job cancellations

Has anyone experienced a lot of cancellations with E-title? I have been called for jobs by them 9 times in the last month and a half. All for the following weeks with docs to be sent to me. They have cancelled every one of the signings (granted they are giving me a few days notice) but still I have turned town other jobs because of this. I know it's the nature of the business but with them it seems abundent. Any thoughts? Are they searching for someone with lower fees and then canceling with me?

Wow, 9 times? I would not accept any assignments from them in the future, and I would explain the reason why. It just isn't worth it to turn down other signings and then have this company continue to cancel. At least they are giving you a few days notice though. That's a plus.

Except that I have heard that their loan packets are well constructed and they pay well so I wanted to give them a call. I think I will leave signings for them to the weekends where I really don't care if they cancel.
