Excellent. Title Co. fees. I believe they contact you and you sign up on their site as well as send a registration package that they send you. Good luck.

Thanks - they contact me to sign up. Wasn't sure if this was one of those TC acting like a SS (lower fees) or if they paid regular TC fees.

They will send you an email with specific links in the email that must be used to complete the registration process. Use their contact form to notify them you are interested in doing their out-of-office signings.
