Errors correction Doc

Just curious...If the vested information on the mortgage is wrong does the errors correction doc cover it? I had a signing a couple of weeks ago that was vested to " John Doe a single man paying off a land contract" when he was in fact a married man taking out a HELOC and had never had a land contract in his life.

Nope. The error correction doc is for clerical errors. Vesting wouldn't be considered a clerical error.
