Executive Closings PAID FAST!
Got a call from them for a job in the middle of nowhere... said 'Nope, sorry your reputation precedes you.'
They pleaded and pleaded, there was nobody else to do it, and they agreed on my fee which I was doubtful they would send anyway...I finally broke all my rules and said 'Fine... I REALLY wanted to do an Ameriquest loan today anyway.' Frank or Dave...I don't remember which one said, 'Thank you so much... I'm going to send your check out today just to show you that we really appreciate it!'
I'm thinking, yeah right... just another writeoff to charity BUT low and behold, 4 days later in the mail comes the check... postmarked for that very day (the appt. was in the evening so he didn't even know if they signed or not when he sent it). FEELS LIKE CHRISTMAS!
