Great EOM and only getting better, you think?

I had a great EOM for May and I hope I'm not getting my hopes up but I have scheduled 2 closing per day since the last day to close in May. I'm feeling pretty good about this month!
I hope everyone else is doing as well! Waiting on docs is my least favorite thing about my job, at least we have Notary Forums to read to pass the time!

I hope it keeps up but it may not I thought I was feeling real fortunate getting 2 a day. I've got 2 scheduled for tomorrow so at least I'll start out good! I've turned down several 40 and 50 dollar closings, I agree with others that that is too low! My minimum is 75.00.

Way to go stick with the $75 base also what are you getting for edocs be sure to charge for them as well.
