Been a long time since I did anything for them, but they always paid on time.
In fact they were so regular at paying on time, that I didn't keep a track of my invoices with them, and they called me one day, several months after one particular signing, they said they were going through their records and realized they owed me for a signing. I checked my records, and they sure did. They sent a check out right away. So, they are also very honest.

I have worked for them off and on for the last couple of years. Not saying they are the only ones but have not worked for a SS that is more ethical than this one. Pay on time. Never a problem with them. The last one I did was really problematic (from the title side) and Steve Hale was right there, on the phone with me and with the title company, making sure everything was taking care of.

Had one signing with them last month and the signer would not sign because he insisted the loan amount was incorrect. After talking to Steve Hale, who was as puzzled as I, I left without signing. Steve felt bad about it, but couldn't do much. I got paid for the travel $40, and they paid very promptly.

Have another signing scheduled for HDS for tomorrow and I hope all goes well this time around. Contacted Steve after receiving the e-docs and he was very helpful since my first attempt at signing for them did not pan out.

Very good co. Steve interviews his notaries first time out, ones he knows you know what your doing its no more hand holding. Always pay promptly as well.
