fingerprints, I was looking at my local county rec. and found this form. Anybody have used it?

It has a space for the thumbprint of signer.

Yes, and you can have it, too! Just send some love and money to the NNA, and they'll send you a nice stack. :-)

I've never actually had anyone actually thumbprint the certificate, though. I think that the journal print does the job, in my opinion.

That's great! I purchased my forms before I knew better. Now, I just run off my own, and stick them in a manila folder with a binder clip.
