Are you asking how to fill it in?

Wayne - the wording is not valid in CA. Do you have your handbook handy or do you need me to send you the correct certificate?

Is this an acknowledgment? The wording is strange to me. Doesn't seem like the right verbiage for an acknowledgment in CA. I haven't done a POA yet so I don't know if the verbiage is correct for that document or not. Try doing a search using POA as your key word. Sorry I wasn't much help.

***I don't know if the verbiage is correct for that document or not***
BCB - I'm 99.99999% certain that the wording must be CA compliant for any/all notary acknowledgment certificates in CA regardless of the type of document.
There are lots of POAs in loan docs for E&O and they all need the correct CA wording.

OH - and here we all were worried about you!
The Signing Registry is from MS, not CA so not all examples apply. It is an excellent reference tool!
