Help!

I have a signing, wife signed on 3rd in NY, Docs sent to me to notorize husband.
Docs are dated the 3rd.
I never recieved a confirmation by email, do not remember which company this is for, Docs received do not have any info on who to call at company, no info on how to call borrower.
Lender is GMFS, LLC.

Husband signs with todays date and his RTC should be dated today as well. Inside the package should be closing instructions for the closing/escrow company. In there should be some sort of contact info.
Did they give you the address of where to send the package back to?

Do I mark out the date of the third? Put 6th and have him initial?
No closing instructions.
No contact.
Did find settlement agent name.
No info on where to send package back, package sent from a Notary in NY, never recieved instructions or confirmation.

1. There should a phone number for the borrowers on their loan application.
2. The package should have the sender's info.
3. Look up and call the NY notary to find who the hiring company is.
