Hugh or Brenda

I think you two are a distance from Longview, but may I inquire as to your knowledge of U.S. Title Co. (Greg County) I have a request to do 1/2 of a siging in PA for a sale in TX. The Realtor told this poor, uninformed lady to find a title co or a notary in PA to witness her hubby's sig and return the docs to them for hers. I found U.S. Title's website, but it doesn't look as though they use Notaries Public. Seems to be owned by members of the bar. Any light either of you can shine on this co. for me would be much appreciated. (I'll buy drinks whenever y'all get close to PA)

TIA

Yes...there is a good bit of space between Longview and anywhere actually.

I have never heard of them, but that's not saying much. In Texas, a small town title co has never heard of NSAs...and if they have they will not acknowledge them. You can email me at agent @ texnotary.com and I can call you if you'd like, or check my profile w/ zip 77845 to get my info.

I am not clear if you need to know if this tc will pay, or if you need help finding another notary. Post, call, or send homing pidgeons. Smiley
