I was wondering if anyone knew what the standard fee for IREP per closing? (In house closing)

I thought it was somewhere around there but I have heard anything from 65.00 to 150.00. Just curious. Thanks!

Integrated Real Estate Processing
$115 for loan docs + 25 for E-mail docs. When they are doing HFC/Benneficial its less.

IREP is a title company
Don't let them BS you into accepting SS fees.

Melody, If IREP is a title company, and not saying they are not, why is there a title company named TETRS, Inc. on the HUD 1 in Texas closing I do?

Re: IREP is a title company
IREP is a title company. Their customer service dept gets on my nerves sometimes because the reps are not experienced. My brother in law is the MD/DE rep for Beneficial Mortgage/HSBC. HSBC bought out Beneficial Mortgage. The are one of the largest banks in the world. In the top 5 to be exact. I get $90 for a closing at the branch. The are trying to make me do them for $75 but as long as I do not reduce my fee and I am requested by the branch, they have to give me the $90.

Melody and Loretta - you are right...
I knew that IREP was a title company in my mind, but I also know that they use an abstracting company in this area. I had a momentary pause in brain function.
