$99 for card / 30.00 per month. t-mobile.com One yr contract. 14 day back out of contract.

If you have an existing acct you can use the phone card out of that to do this for 19.99/mo - however I use my cell phone too much to do that.

56k access - very good so far. (2 hrs!)
