I have a question on a document please.

An Affidavit of settement agent:
Do I or the settlement company sign and notarize this?
It mentions that the borrowers signed the RTC before me and they were supplied copies of the RTC and Trust/TIL ect. Also the notarized part reads: on theis the __ day of __,at__
what goes on the line after at?

Unless you are specifically acting as the settlement agent, and you'd know this ahead of time and be an employee of the title/mortgage office, you do not complete this.

To your second question, it would read "at VenueName", I believe.

I agree with OH. Unless you are the settlement agent, you do not sign. That is for the title company to complete.
