I need help with this wording

The following is on the signature page of the mortgage for a heloc. This one stumped me and hopefully someone can help me so I can send it off in the morning.

WHAT GOES IN THE ABOVE BLANKS???????

That is really strange that they don't have the "state of" and "county of" written out. Have you seen many like this? This is my first.

Haven't seen that one before, though I'm sure that some of the SAs who've been doing this longer than my 2 1/2 years have. Took me a moment, but here's the info:

The United States is not really the United States, it is the United States and Commonwealths. Pennsylvania and Kentucky are commonwealths, and I think maybe Virginia also. Further, only 49 states have counties. Louisianans, being the contrarians that they are, have parishes as governmental units, in addition to church territories.

Thus, your blanks would read State (or Commonwealth) of XXXX, County (or Parish) of XXXX.

Now fill in the blanks in the following: HisHughness is the most _______________ example of a human being anyone will ever encounter and we are _________ to have him on this board. Everyone should give him a big _____________.
