State of Washington Refi

Married couple, wife has valid dl with her unmarried name. She has nothing with her married name. Marriage certificate is present. Docs have married name. Sign or dont sign?

If docs are in married name, and her ID is in maiden name, then it is not valid ID for notarizing in married name. Marriage certificate is not ID.

Check your WA manual.

Yes, sorry... I put the subject line for my id. That is what the notary did. I was getting some flack from the title company on this one, and just needed some backup....
