Insurance

Hi All,

I was wondering about what types of Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance people have. I am in Maryland and I see that the National Notary Association provides some deductible-free policies so I was wondering if anyone had any insight on this and if they think it's worth it. I have been looking at other companies as well but their prices are extremely high.

Thanks!

The rates for E&O should not be that high. What were you quoted?

Well through Hess & Egan (www.hessegan.com) they use a company called Title Pac which charges a $1400 premium for $100,000 of coverage.

YIKES!!! You all should go to Chesapeake Insurance in Annapolis, MD for your E&O policies. I got $250,000 of business and notary coverage for about $600.00/year.
